These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Mama Shofu Culinary Experiences services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment:

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash upon arrival. All prices are in USD.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking for groups of 6 or more. A 50% deposit is required for smaller groups.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the experience.

3. Liability:
   Mama Shofu Culinary Experiences is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents during the tour. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

3. Service Availability:
   We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to weather conditions, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Conduct:
We expect respectful behavior towards our staff and the local community. Any disruptive or harmful actions may result in the termination of your experience without a refund.
